Morning breakfast prep. I usually prepare my overnight Oatbran the night before but it’s fine to prepare it an hour before serving, and hence right before my workout. 40g of Oatbran, 10g of Chiaseeds, 1 scoop of BCAA and 4-5 eggs (2 egg yolks) for my breakfast. I use either water or skimmed milk as the base. What’s your favourite breakfast?
